When to contact the clinic
Emergency dental care here means assessment for problems that cannot comfortably wait for a routine visit: severe toothache, swelling related to a tooth, a broken tooth, or a crown or filling that has come off.
The clinic is not described as a 24-hour hospital service. Published hours are weekday daytime, with Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Calling first is the most useful step so the team can tell you whether you can be seen at the clinic or should seek care elsewhere.
Injuries to the jaw, uncontrolled bleeding, spreading facial swelling with difficulty breathing or swallowing, or other medical emergencies are not treated as routine dental bookings. In those situations, urgent medical care is the appropriate first step.

An urgent dental visit may be appropriate when pain, breakage, or a lost restoration is disrupting eating, sleeping, or daily comfort. This list is triage language, not a diagnosis.

How treatment is planned

Assessment
Call the clinic, describe the problem, and follow the advice you are given about timing. If you are asked to come in, bring a current medication list if you have one.

Imaging / planning
When you are seen, the dentist examines the area and may use radiographs if they help explain the pain or damage. The immediate goal is to understand what is wrong and what can be done now.

Treatment
Care at an urgent visit is often limited to relieving the immediate problem — for example addressing pain, protecting a broken tooth, or replacing a restoration if that is appropriate. Further treatment is planned once the urgent issue is stable.

You may need a second visit to finish treatment. The team will explain what to watch for and when to call back.

Are you open 24 hours?
No 24-hour service is published. Check the clinic hours and call during those times. Saturday and Sunday are listed as by appointment only.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
That depends on the day and on clinical priority. Older pages advertised same-day appointments; that is not promised here. Call so the team can tell you what is possible.
What if I have facial swelling or trouble breathing?
Those can be medical emergencies. Seek urgent medical care. Do not wait on a dental booking form if breathing, swallowing, or rapidly spreading swelling is involved.
Should I book online or call?
For urgent problems, calling is better. The booking form is for planned appointments and does not confirm an emergency slot.
Do you treat dental injuries from accidents?
Broken teeth and lost restorations are assessed at the clinic when it is appropriate. Jaw fractures and other injuries that need hospital care should be evaluated in an emergency medical setting first.
