What porcelain veneers are
Porcelain veneers are thin, custom-made shells bonded to the front surface of teeth. They are used when a patient wants to change the colour, shape, or apparent size of specific visible teeth.
They are not a substitute for repairing a tooth that needs a crown, filling, or other structural treatment, and they are not a whitening treatment. Neighbouring teeth, bite, and gum health all influence whether veneers are a reasonable option.
The published fee is per veneer. How many veneers, if any, belong in a plan is decided after the dentist examines your teeth — not from a standard smile package on this page.

Veneers may be considered when a patient wants to improve the appearance of one or more front teeth and those teeth can support a bonded restoration. Eligibility is confirmed only after examination.

If veneers are recommended, the teeth are prepared according to the agreed plan and the restorations are bonded when they are ready. Temporary restorations are used only when the dentist determines they are needed.

Fit, bite, and gum response are reviewed after placement. Daily cleaning and regular dental visits remain part of looking after veneers and the teeth underneath them.

How many veneers will I need?
That depends on which teeth you want to change and how they relate to your bite and smile. Some people discuss one or two teeth; others discuss a group of front teeth. The dentist confirms the number after examination.
Can veneers close gaps?
Veneers can change the apparent size and shape of teeth, which may reduce the look of small spaces. They are not the only way to address gaps, and they are not always the better way. Alignment with clear aligners or braces may be discussed instead, or first.
Do veneers whiten with bleaching gel?
Porcelain does not lighten the way natural enamel can. If colour matching matters, whitening of remaining natural teeth is usually discussed before veneers are planned — not as a later touch-up of the porcelain itself.
How long do veneers last?
This page does not publish a lifespan. How long a restoration serves you depends on bite, habits, gum health, and care. The dentist can talk about maintenance after seeing your teeth.
