What the consultation is
An oral health consultation is a focused conversation and clinical assessment. It is the clinic’s name for sitting down with a dentist to understand your concerns, look at your oral health, and discuss what may come next.
It is not the same thing as the “Book an Appointment” button. That button requests a visit. The consultation is the clinical meeting itself.
Imaging and a written plan are used when they help explain findings. They are not listed as a standard package that every consultation includes.
Who it may be for
A cautious starting point
A consultation may be suitable when you are new to the clinic, returning after a gap in care, or deciding whether a specific treatment is worth discussing. It does not commit you to treatment.

- 02May be useful when you have questions about published fees and want them explained against your own teeth rather than a webpage.
- 03People in pain should call the clinic as well; an urgent problem may need a different kind of visit than a planned consultation.

Is the oral health consultation free?
This page does not list a consultation fee. Cost, if any, is confirmed when you book. The visit is for assessment and planning, not a treatment package.
How do I book a consultation?
Use Book an Appointment or call the clinic. Submitting the form requests a visit; the team follows up to arrange it. The form button still says Request Appointment.
Will I have a CT scan?
Not as a published standard inclusion. Imaging is used when the dentist decides it is useful for your assessment.
Is this only for new patients?
No. Anyone who needs a focused assessment and discussion can request this kind of visit.
Does a consultation mean I am starting treatment?
No. It is time to assess and talk. Treatment, if recommended, is a later decision you make with the dentist.
