Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about appointments, implants, permanent teeth, pricing, and emergency care at Sunset Dental Centre in Greely.
Appointments
How do I book a visit?
Use Book an Appointment on the contact page, or call the clinic. Submitting the form requests a visit. The team follows up to discuss timing — it does not instantly confirm a slot.
What does “Request Appointment” mean on the form?
The form sends an appointment request. A member of the clinic team follows up. It is not an online booking calendar.
What is an oral health consultation?
It is a named clinical service: time for assessment, discussion of concerns, and planning next steps. Booking that visit still uses Book an Appointment. See the Oral Health Consultation page for details.
Dental Implants
What is the published fee for a single dental implant?
The published starting fee for a dental implant and crown is $3,300 all-in. A consultation is required to confirm suitability and the final treatment cost, including what “all-in” covers in your case.
Is that the same as replacing a full arch?
No. The $3,300 figure is for a single-tooth implant and crown. Full-arch options are described on Permanent Teeth, All-on-4, Full Mouth Dental Implants, and Implant Dentures.
Does All-on-4 always use four implants?
Four implants per arch is a common planning pattern. It is not a promise. Imaging and examination determine how many implants are appropriate.
Permanent Teeth
What are the published Permanent Teeth fees?
Zirconia is $19,995 per arch ($38,995 double arch). PMMA is $14,995 per arch ($29,990 double arch). These are starting points, not quotes.
Is Permanent Teeth the same as All-on-4?
They overlap but are not identical labels. All-on-4 describes a planning approach. Permanent Teeth is this clinic’s name for the published fixed zirconia and PMMA restorations. The examination connects the two.
How are implant dentures different?
Implant dentures are dentures supported by implants and are typically removed for cleaning. Permanent Teeth, on this site, means a fixed restoration. Published implant-denture fees are $14,995 for a single arch and $29,990 for a double arch.
General Care
Do you publish exam or cleaning prices?
No. Examinations, cleaning, prevention, and oral health consultations do not have published fees on this site. Cost is confirmed after assessment.
Do you offer teeth whitening?
Professional whitening may be discussed after an examination. This site does not publish a brand, shade count, or whitening fee. See the Teeth Whitening page.
How often should I come in for a check-up?
The site does not publish a standard recall interval. Timing is recommended after the dentist sees your oral health.
Pricing
Why do so many pages say a consultation is required?
Published figures are starting points. Extra care, the number of teeth involved, and what is included can change the final cost. Fees may vary depending on individual treatment needs.
Is Invisalign the same price as clear aligners?
Clear aligners, Invisalign, and dental braces each have a published starting fee of $5,500. That is a starting point, not a quote, and it does not mean every plan costs the same. Final cost is confirmed after an examination.
Do you publish financing or insurance details?
No. Financing terms, monthly payments, and insurance coverage are not listed on this site. Ask the clinic team if you need help understanding payment options.
Emergency Care
Are you open 24 hours?
No 24-hour service is published. Weekdays have listed daytime hours; Saturday and Sunday are by appointment only. Call during opening hours.
Should I call or book online for an urgent problem?
Call. The appointment form is for planned visits and does not confirm an emergency slot. Same-day visits are not promised.
What if I have swelling and trouble breathing?
That can be a medical emergency. Seek urgent medical care. Do not wait on a dental booking form if breathing, swallowing, or rapidly spreading swelling is involved.
Still have questions?
Request an appointment or call the clinic. The team will follow up to discuss next steps.
